You are not responsible for when you were born, but your are responsible for who you become.

The only measure of adulthood is your sense of responsibility...response-ability. That is your ability and willingness to respond adequately to the needs and righteous desires of yourself and anyone whose welfare is in your control.

Whatever You feed Your Mind goes into Your Heart Whatever you feed your body goes into your stomach; the part that comes out of you is foul waste and is capable of contaminating anything it touches.

The part that does not come out, if good, enhances your body's functions and appearance. It has a positive effect on your appearance (your body language and facial expressions), your speech (intelligent language and thoughtful subject matter) and actions (kindnesses, common courtesies, pleasantries), as well as the people and world around you.
